As an Eco-Lighthouse certified company, we work systematically to reduce our environmental footprint, create safer workplaces, and contribute to a more sustainable real estate industry. That is why we also use data centers that are industry leaders in sustainability.

Our goal is not only to run our own operations in a greener way, but also to help our customers achieve their sustainability and environmental goals through digitalization, improved operations, and more efficient property management.

We work proactively with sustainability across our entire organization, with a clear focus on also minimizing our customers’ environmental footprint. To achieve this, the infrastructure powering our platform plays a key role. Through our data centers in the Netherlands and Belgium, we are proud that*:
100% of the energy used by our data centers comes from renewable sources
We maintain a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.09
Our data centers use recycled water from nearby industries for cooling
By 2030, our data centers will be 100% carbon neutral
*Certain microservices outside our platform’s core data processing are not included in this statistic, such as SMS and email dispatch services.
